We have six licensed therapist on staff that are well trained in a variety of techniques. Our experienced therapist can address specific injuries or give you a relaxing massage to help you unwind. We are open for massage therapy seven days a week.



MASSAGE MENU

Lomi-lomi
A traditional Hawaiian massage. The rhythmic strokes amid flowing movements of Lomi-lomi take you into a feeling of deep relaxation. (For 'Lomi Lomi Nui' or 'Kahuna Bodywork' please see our Special Treatments page.)

Deep tissue
The athlete's favorite and North Shore Chiropractic and Massage specialty. Soothe deep stubborn muscles that have been tight for years. Break up years of scar tissue and melt away muscle knots.

Swedish
This European classic is a combination of long firm strokes and gentle kneading to relieve tension and stress.

Pohaku(Hot Rock)
This relaxing technique uses hot stones to relax and rhythmical soothe the muscles.

Thai
This technique uses gentle pressure with stretching. A great technique for increasing flexibility. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing for this technique.

Massage Medley
A massage therapist favorite. This approach blends together all the therapist favorite techniques to address the clients aches and pains.

Prenatal
A safe and effective massage for an expecting mother. Let one of our prenatal experts soothe your tight muscles while you relax on a comfortable pregnancy pillow.
